Dr. Tatiana Ivan
Dr. Tatiana Ivan is an experienced board-certified family physician. A native of Miami, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Miami where she graduated with honors. She received her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of California at San Francisco. Her strong leadership skills and medical knowledge led to the prestigious title of Chief Resident while at UCSF. She has been interviewed as a community expert on chronic disease management, mental health illness, and common problems related to primary care in children, adolescents, and adults.
Dr. Ivan has a strong background in medical education. She spent the last five years as an Assistant Professor and faculty member at UCSF and FIU, where she cared for patients and served as an educator to residents and medical students. Most recently, upon returning to her hometown, she served as Associate Program Director for the FIU program. She has presented her research in both local and national conferences.
She is fluent in Spanish and is dedicated to providing comprehensive and high-quality care to the community. When not practicing, Dr. Ivan enjoys the Florida sunshine and activities outdoors with her husband and two boys. She reenergizes with yoga and traveling.
